Fitness Sessions and Nutrition Advice for Females TWSRC is offering you a great fitness class with the opportunity to learn/play squash followed by a social coffee to be run from 9 to 10am every Thursday. with the course being run by Jason Barry, TWSRC professional coach. To start the class, there will be a general warm up for 20 mins after which there would be 20 mins of squash based games to build up fitness, physical strength, mobility movement and hand eye coordination. Finally, there will be 20 mins of basic squash coaching. Cost is £5/session which is paid directly to the Club upfront. We propose participants pay for 5 sessions (i.e. £25 gross) but the course will be run for 8 weeks so there is then some flexibility for not making some weeks. If someone wants to book for all 8 classes, then they will pay a gross £35 i.e. one class is complimentary. Also associated with the Squash Fitness Class will be Annie Gill who is a Nutritional Therapist about to qualify from The College of Naturopathic Medicine (Brighton University). She will participate in the class and will be available afterwards for anyone wishing to obtain some advice. Once Annie qualifies in a few months she intends to run a clinic from Tunbridge Wells Squash Club on at least one day a week.
