We are running a series of FREE one-hour coaching sessions for women at Tunbridge Wells Squash Rackets Club, and we’d really appreciate it if you could pass this on to your partner, friends, or anyone who might be interested!
What It’s All About
These sessions coincide with England Squash’s International Women’s Squash Week—a national campaign celebrating women on court!
Designed as a relaxed, women-only beginner programme, it’s all about building confidence, boosting wellbeing, and sparking friendships on your terms. Whether you’ve never played before, tried it years ago, or have experience in another racket sport (like badminton or tennis), these sessions are for women of all abilities. Our aim is simply to have fun, get active, meet new people, and help grow our women's section!
Dates & Times
Sessions start at 9:30 AM with coaching running from 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM:
- Saturday, 5th September
- Saturday, 12th September
- Saturday, 3rd October
- Saturday, 10th October
- Venue: Tunbridge Wells Squash Rackets Club, TN1 1DL
- Coaches: Led by qualified ESB coaches Polly & Amy
- Cost: FREE
